Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to return the items, you have fourteen (14) days after delivery of the order to do so.

Please announce your return by sending an email to lila-amsterdam@outlook.com Also include your order number in the email. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation.

Please note: if you do not request your return by email, your return cannot be processed. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

LILAC! accepts no responsibility for packages lost in the mail without proof of posting. It is therefore recommended to send returns with track & trace.

For returns, the order amount will be refunded within 7 days after registration of your return. The product must be returned in good condition.

LILAC! reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they have been worn or not returned within the specified period.
