MATERIALS CHOOSE WITH CARE
At Lila we consciously choose strong, sustainable materials. Our hair clips are made from cellulose acetate: a plant-based, ISCC PLUS certified bio-plastic, free from harmful substances. Our toiletry bags and totes are handmade from natural substances in small-scale workshops in India. Craftsmanship and quality are paramount, so that your favorites last a long time.
TRANSPARENT AND PERSONAL
Lila is all about attention. For the product, for the makers and for you. We choose our partners carefully and are in close contact. In June 2024 we visited the places where our items are made: a journey full of color, craftsmanship and connections. Our workshops comply with international standards (BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001), so you know where your product comes from.

We know that production has an impact. That is why we make conscious choices in every part of the process. We work in small quantities, choose residual materials where possible, and have our products transported by train instead of by plane. We also support local projects from our studios. This is how we continue to improve, for you and for the planet.
