Our bags and accessories are not machine produced, but handmade in India. In small workshops, talented craftsmen work with an age-old block printing technique: using carefully cut wooden blocks, they print the patterns onto the fabric one by one.
Block printing is a craft that has been passed down for thousands of years. This technique has developed into a true art, especially in India. Wooden blocks with hand-carved patterns – often inspired by nature – are dipped in paint and carefully printed onto fabric. Each print is unique, every little difference tells a story. The result? Living prints that are never exactly the same. It is precisely these imperfections that make our tote bags and toiletry bags so characterful.
We consciously choose partners who not only deliver beautiful work, but also produce with heart and attention.
